Primavera salad

 

You will need:

250 g of cauliflower
250 g of broccoli
1 carrot
1 celery stem
1 sweet pepper
250 g of tomatoes
4 green stalks of onion
1 kg of macaroni

Sauce:
375 ml of Tarplani mayonnaise
1.5 teaspoons of basil, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme
250 g of cheddar-cheese

Do it like this:

Cut small inflorescences from the cauliflower and broccoli and boil them. Cut the carrot, celery, sweet pepper and green stalks into pieces. Peel and cut the tomatoes. Boil the macaroni. Mix them all together. Thereafter mix the components of the sauce and pour them on the salad.
